Shipping policy

Enjoy complimentary express shipping on all online orders. All our shipments are insured and with tracking numbers for your peace of mind.

If you have requested a resize or alteration of a piece, the time frames below will be different and you will be duly notified by our team.

Domestic Shipping: 

If you place your order before 11 am, we will endeavour to dispatch your purchase the same day once payment is cleared and the delivery address is verified. However, sometimes this may not be the case, so please allow 1-2 days for dispatch. We ship all of our domestic parcels out via free express post, so you should expect to receive your item in approximately 2-3 business days from the time of purchase if you live in a metro area. Please allow an extra day for rural. If you need an item urgently, call us on 07 3852 2997, and we’ll do our very best to get it in the post before our courier collects it. 

International Shipping: 

Your order will be sent by DHL express. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch.

NB: If paying by bank transfer, we will not dispatch the goods until payment has been received.
