Forged in 18 carat yellow gold, this lovely vintage ring features five shimmering round brilliant diamonds in a white gold trellis-style setting across the front of the band. The Lilith Ring Gem Details
The central round brilliant cut diamond is 0.55ct and of J colour and P1 clarity grades. The four smaller round brilliant cut diamonds total 0.40ct and are of IJ colour and SI clarity grades.
